Hi I've been asked by my manager to co-ordinate a Train the Trainer programme for our large manufacturing site.
I have never dealt with this before, but I am administering the programme, not delivering it, this is being done by an outsourced company, where I work closely with a gentleman from the company.
I've been booking in module training, meetings around all of the shifts and sending letters out, the training has now started but my manager wants me to make this big, think of ideas where we can advertise the programme in the company, produce artwork, research etc.
I've decided that taking photos of all trainers and displaying this on a large board at the reception area may be a good idea, and I've been meeting with all the volunteers to build up that relationship with them and see what they would like to gain out of the programme, but I can't think of anything else.
I've contacted a few large companies around the area to see if anyone has a train the trainer programme in place, no one has.
Hoping that someone can provide me with some ideas that may impress my boss. :)
Thank you.

Hi there, nothing sells
Hi there, nothing sells things like success, so take photos (or videos) of the people on the course, show them engaging in activities, get them to give you sound-bites about how good it is, take a photo not only of the trainers but the cohorts of the people attending the programme. If they get any type of certification, take photos or videos of them getting it. It’s all about social media these days so post on linked-in as it’s the business social media forum. Set up a linked-in group and encourage people to join linked-in and join your group. It’s a connected age now so make the most of it.
thanks so much for your help
