I've been preparing a change management training (primarily for top and mid level managers). My aim is to make it as practical as possible.

1) Could anyone share some case studies that worked well in this kind of trainings, please?

2) It's going to be a 2 day training, where I would like to finish the first day by watching a change video (up to 1 hour long), which we would analyze the following morning (in order to discover different aspects of change, change leadership skills etc.). The training is going to be delivered in a local language (Czech), therefore a documentary movie could work or a film, that has been subtitled in Czech.
