Hello Mark,
I like it. It suggests forward momentum so seems to fit in with your offering.
A word of advice is can you register the domain name,particularly the .com version (or has it already gone)? If it has you might want to think again.
Also (to be honest)I think it’s not really all that important what you call your company (much as we like to think it is..I called mine Paradigm Training for example). Experience has shown me that it’s how clearly you can communicate the benefits your training solutions will bring to a customer that is ultimately what matters…not what you call yourself.
That said, as a business name I do like it. Well done.
