This year's Learning at Work day, which is tomorrow - has a focus on Future Matters. There are a range of resources available on the site. I notice that Learning at Work day has been around for more than 10 years, starting back in 1999. In all the workplaces I have worked in I have never been aware of the day.
The resources on the site look good and the whole concept around adult learning week is to be appluaded. Who would argue against a celebration of learning in the workplace?
I am intrigued to know how popular the day is with training departments. Is it something you get involved with?
