In-house Management Training

In-house management training: and how I approach training enquiries

We all like something for nothing, and we are all under pressure to gain the most from our training budgets. So it is no surprise that clients who request in-house training courses ask for the most customised training that they can achieve - for the same budget.

This creates a challenge for a training business. We all want to do the best for our clients - but an unsustainable business won't be around to help customers for long. So how to find a fair deal for inhouse training courses whilst nurturing a sustainable business?

Clarity and transparency are good companions. By being upfront about investment costs, and the level of service agreed, allows the client to make an informed decision about their training requirement.

So, I decided to make it simple. A standard course can be delivered inhouse, without any customisation, for a fixed fee. This content can be tailored to include company/industry relevant case studies for an additional fee which represents the time and experience involved. Finally, a truly bespoke course is, by its nature, unique and is priced on application.

So, clear and transparent pricing on in-house training courses help ensure a positive and secure relationship with the client.
