Presenting Your Learning Strategy – Part 4

default-16x9

My last three posts have concentrated on using the Learning Strategy Canvas (LSC) to rapidly document and present a learning strategy, so I want to quickly review them showing the three variations of the Learning Strategy Canvas I presented. In my next post I will focus on putting together an actual document to pesent a learning strategy. Below the first image is the LSC with the six strategy questions and added abbrieviations in brackets. Abbreviation meanings are: SP for strategic priorities, KA for key actions, OC for organisational capabilities, SK for skills and knowledge, LD for learning and development and AI for assess impact. The second and third images show two examples of two strategic priorities which may form part of a learning strategy being presented.
