A round-up of new developments on TrainingZONE this month

default-16x9

The month of May has been a busy one for TrainingZONE. We’ve added more content and a number of new services to make your life easier.

Here’s a quick summary of the new features on offer for you to access right now:

  • A brand new diary service has been launched in response to requests for an area of the site to display forthcoming seminars and conferences. As well as a full description of each event, hyperlinks to the conference website can be included. Those looking for more details about events can contact the organisers automatically by filling out a short form. We aim to build the diary into a comprehensive annual listings of events in the trainer’s year. See it now at https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/campus/diary.html .

  • We continue to focus on an area of interest each month. May’s theme is Lifelong Learning and CPD – see this link for all the news, features, products and materials on lifelong learning available on the TrainingZONE site.

  • We’ve added a new theme page to our ever-growing index, which is building into an A-to-Z of all things related to training and development. The latest topic to be added is Accreditation and Qualification.

  • We’ve published two new Expert Advice Guides, aimed at both trainers starting off in the freelance market, and those looking to complement existing skills. See How to: Take your services online and How to: Set a fee for your services.

  • Did you know you can now access many of the most useful government websites direct from TrainingZONE? A wide range of sites, including the DfEE’s Adult Learner’s Gateway, Individual Learning Accounts, the government’s Online Gateway to all departments and the Inland Revenue are available – see the Government advisory and online services index for more information.

  • If you’re looking for a way to cut out some of the time involved in chasing paperwork, GetFeedback can help. TrainingZONE’s latest partner offers a fully automated service for following up appraisals, employee surveys and evaluation processes. You add the details and GetFeedback does the rest! Find out more about the service here.
