Hello, I would be grateful if any one could point me in the direction of where I can find information on the 'academy approach' to learning. My understanding is that this refers to focussed intensive periods of learning however I am struggling to find information that will elaborate on this. Thank you.

My guess is that you’ll find this term used to cover many different things and while I can’t give you a the ultimate definition, if you look at “The Working Manager” site you’ll see examples of online academies that may give you some ideas?
