It would be great to hear from companies who have successfully gained a foundation level recognition/accreditation for their internal leadership and development programme. Some areas that I would be interested to learn about would be:
Who did you work with and why? (i.e. supplier/awarding body)
What was your reason for wanting to accredit the programme?
What level did you agree on and why?
What timescales and cost where involved?
How did you communicate the changes of a structured programme to the business?
What was your evaluation focus and do you have evidence to prove it has been a success?
