Does anybody know where I can access - preferably on-line - training on Act! Contact Management software? Or can you recommend any (cost-effective) one-day training sessions? North West based.

If you place ACT! in the TrainingZONE search box in the top right of the page and scroll down to ‘Directory Listings’ there are several providers listed.
