Hi everyone,

I am looking for inspiration for a short activity aimed at customer service employees which would get the message over about supporting and helping customers by being observant and anticipating their needs as opposed to waiting to be asked for help.  If anyone has any ideas they are happy to share or know of a good place to look for an activity, I would love to hear from you. This is part of an overall customer service workshop and will have around 12 – 14 participants on each workshop.
