  1. Try http://www.global-skills.com
    Michelle,

Try William du Toit (william@global-skills.com) We sometimes work together on “Virtual Teambuilding” Tell him I asked you to contact him. He is very forthcoming with help.

The ‘face time’ issue as well as general communication/organisation issues have become real problems, especially higher up in the organisation.

    Have fun!

  2. TeleForums are a must for virtual teams
    Hi Michelle

Well facilitated TeleForums are an extremely powerful tool for keeping virtual teams on track and in touch. Plus it is very economical and flexible medium that is highly adaptable for all situations. The big plus is that everyone can speak and hear each other and so break the loneliness of being a cyber worker.

If you would like more information give me a call on 0786 778 2009 or drop me an email to richard.vmg@btinternet

  3. working from home issues
Scottish Enterprise ran a project – called office of the future, this involved people working from home for the first time and included all kinds of strategies to deal with the new way of working and the issues that came up – they may have some info which is of use, can’t remember the name of the chap who ran it however if you phone them on 0141 248 2700 am sure someone could point you in the right direction.
