This fund seeks and promotes innovative, sustainable and partnership approaches to community based learning. The third round of applications is about to open and details will be announced in the spring. Applications should encourage people who are 'new' to learning to come forward, develop basic skills, contribute to capacity building amongst local groups and communities, and promote local parternships.
