Advanced Training Techniques

default-16x9

I am an experienced trainer (15 years plus)looking for recommendations from the community on the topic of Advanced Training Techniques.
I am about to commence a major management training initiative for my organisation.
The organisation is a financial software house undergoing expansion and significant change.
I want to ensure my presentation skills are at their peak for this inititive.
I am very interested in accelerated learning & NLP.

    Hi Maggie,

There are two programmes that I would recommend to you.

The first is the Master Trainer Programme run by John Townsend over in Ferney-Voltaire, France (don’t worry it’s run in English). It took my training to a whole different level.

And secondly the Brain Friendly Learning Trainer Programme run by Kaizen, though I haven’t been on it yet I’ve had so many recommendations to go on it myself that I’m going.

You might also find going on an NLP Practitioner course that is trained through Accelerated Learning an interesting and expending experience. In which case I’d recommend you getting in touch with Kathy Strong of Strong International.

Hope that one of these is up your street.

    Best regards,

    Megan

  2. Eureka!
    Hi Maggie

I can wholeheartedly recommend the workshops run by David Gibson of Eureka! (www.eureka-tp.com). David runs a number of different open workshops, each focusing on a different aspect of training (e.g. Openings that Ignite a Room, The Magic or Props, Closing with Flair, Becoming a Creative Facilitator, etc.). Eureka sometimes run a three day workshop called, I think, Looking at Training Differently, which brings all the shorter workshops together into a longer event.

I’ve attended two of David’s workshops in the past, and found them completely involving, totally refreshing and 100% inspirational!

    You can’t go wrong!
