Advice for IT Training Needs Analysis

default-16x9

I need to organise a large IT TNA programme, and would appreciate it if anyone has any useful suggestions, advice or literature which they could recommend to me.

I need to create all of the forms to be used for the TNA so I would also appreciate any suggested topics for inclusion.

Please email me if you can help - Thankyou - Melanie Scott

  1. IT TNA FORM
I’m currently carrying out a detailed TNA for 350 users, and have a form which our Consultants have put together. Drop me an email and I’ll send you a copy of it – should be a help.
How you collate the results is up to you!

  2. TNA toolkit for £75.00
You might want to consider purchasing our TNA toolkit, which costs just £75.00. It comes complete with clear guidelines on how to run a TNA and all the forms you need on CD. The process involves identifying requirements at business, team and invidual level, assessing current skills and identifying the resulting training needs. It’s all covered. (And we can help you fill those needs too if you wish). Visit our website at http://www.pdc-online.co.uk or call me on 01423 546958.

  3. IT TNA
Is your TNA exercise designed for people working in IT jobs e.g programmers, or is it in relation to IT applications such as spreadsheets? Are you looking for something very specific & competency based or more general? I have just completed a TNA exercise with an IT company and may be able to help docontact me if you wish.

  4. TNA
    Mel

I’ve recently undertaken an IT TNA for a large pharmaceutical company in Kent with positive results. If you need any help with this please contact me.

    Mike.

  5. TNA Documentation
    Melanie

I have recently developed TNA questionnaires for MS Office / Outlook for my company. We are a medium sized restaurant/hospitality company and almost none of the managers have had IT Training. The questionnaries are pretty basic but I do have a spread sheet to analyse the data with if you are interested drop me a line
