Hi,
I need some suggestions on a better expression to use for a training 'paddling pool' please - its been a really long time since I have managed a learning team, and my expressions are all a bit early 1990s!!
We will be letting people try out new skills in a model-office training room, supervised and supported by a Trainer, before letting them loose in a live customer environment. In the 1990s, this environment was known as a 'paddling pool' but I cant help but think that this is a bit old hat and more than a little patronising for use with adult learners.
What do other people call this? All ideas sincerely welcome
Thanks
Julie
