I should like to know if anyone might be able to steer me in the direction of a training kit/course (purchase or other) which deals with how to aid 'redundancies'.. I find that many corporation are laying people off without the advantage of job planning preparation and would like to target this area.. as morally I am strongly against throwing people out into the workforce again after many years, unprepared for what awaits them.
