Alan Mossman is an independent consultant based in Stroud, Gloucestershire. He specialises in helping clients create more value for their customers through the continual improvement of processes and organisational and managerial development. His clients have included SMEs as well as companies in the Shell Group, Barclays, Local and Health Authorities.
He has degrees in architecture and management, has been a member of the British Deming Association since 1994 and is Secretary of the BDA Bristol Network and Membership Secretary of the BDA Alliance of Consultants. He studied with Robert Fritz over a period of five years.
