Details : I am an occupational psychologist with a keen interest in communication. I work with directors individually and as a team to improve commmunication within that team and across the business. My focus is on clarification of values and business objectives as a foundation for work with all the company’s teams.
My research interest lies in use of online learning, particularly the use of text as a medium for both learning and delivering coaching.
I have a first degree in Linguistics and master’s degrees in management science and occupational psychology. I am a member of the CIPD.
