Amechi has over 8 years experience as a HR consultant, trainer and coach, working with a range of clients in the private and public sectors. He has helped organisations to manage change, develop policies in relation to Equal Opportunities/Managing Diversity and review their training and development programmes.
A certified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Amechi also holds an MA in Human Resources Management and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development
Amechi is aware of the need of both companies and individuals to find a means through which they can achieve their goals. As a result he has chosen to harness his training, advisory and relationship building skills and use them in work that meet these aims and that he enjoys. That work is Personal Coaching.

Aided a client to develop the confidence to "pitch" their idea for a television programme to over 45 different TV companies at a TV festival - the client had had the idea for over 10 years!
