I am about to embark upon the analysis of the skills needs of a regional renewable energies sector. I would very much like to know if anyone has had any experiences of similar projects or indeed could offer any advice either in existing or other emerging markets?

I’m in a similar place currently running an LSC contract for a sector wide TNA though our industries are not that similar.
Mail me and I’ll give you some background and previous reports that we’ve generated in this area, it might not be all that relevant but it won’t cost you anything. The offer is open to anyone else who is interested too and I’m not selling anything off the back of it.
