Following 12 years in senior Call Centre Management and Training within the Finance and Service industries I further broadend my expertise and developed business as an independant Call Centre specialist.

For the past 8 years I have been an independant Call Centre and People Development specialist. Working with organisations in the widest market sectors to increase their operational performance and reduce operating costs, whether a new build or transformation through the developmnet of their people.

I have designed and delivered unique people development programms which includes coaching and mentoring which gets instant results and measurable long-term benefits.

My passion is enabling people to develop their potential and positive attitude, whilst working within highly demanding roles. Providing them with support to achieve their business objectives.

My practical experience as a Call Centre and Training manager has been invaluable since I am able to relate exactlty to the issues. And the experience as an Independant CC Specialist means I am able to provide the widest range of solutions.
