Hello Everyone,

I'm designing a workshop on managing change, based on the book of "Who Moved My Cheese".  While doing my research, I found the sample copy of the video manual  -- Gaining Change Skills from the internet.  There is a questionnaire inside the copy for people to fill out and then identify their current level of change skills.  However, there is no answer sheet included. I tried to contact Video Arts but got me nowhere. 

I'd appreciate it if anyone could share the answer sheet so that I could allow the participants to evaluate their change skills.
