I have a Master's Degree in Economics and have worked and lived in the U.S.A., Mexico & South America as well as in the U.K.
Currently, I am interested in the use of Spiral Dynamics in the understanding of Value Systems and evolutionary change management in organisations, individuals and larger social groupings. I have studied Spiral Dyanics with (and am Certified by)the National Values Centre in Texas.
I am also an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer - my courses being recognised by the International NLP Trainers Association and the UK Association of NLP. I use NLP in all sorts of training situations and in Life & Managerial Coaching.
