I'd like to recommend to many people with questions they also seek out a suitable library, librarian to help them. Universities, colleges, public libraries and the IPD library could help answer many of these enquiries, although I do understand the value of direct responses from colleagues who know exactly the answer. I myself am a Learning Resource Centre Manager and could answer many of these enquiries as a librarian. I do so for a number of subscribing training departments and individual trainers on a regular basis as part of my work at Roffey Park Management Institute.
I suppose I could become a trainer consultant and make my own freelance living answering these questions! Would anyone pay me enough?? (Smile).
