I am looking at producing a contract for clients who instruct our services for training. Looking at what I have (and its old) may be a bit basic, and I wondered if anyone would like to share an example of one?
Also looking at contracts for freelance trainers if possible.
All help gratefully received

Freelance trainers contracts
Hi Debbee,
Some of the professional bodies have standard contracts for engaging freeland trainers which can be amended to suit your needs. One commonly used is from the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). I also have a few different ones that I have signed up to. If you want further details please give me a call.(07919 557722)or contact me by e.mail.

Contract for clients/consultants
Hi Debbee
I have a “sessional” contract which might be of interest. The main gist of this is that for the employer there is no obligation to provide regular work and for the consultant there is no obligation to accept any work offered. If you need more details please call me on 07762 771290 or email info@sjbealehrconsult.co.uk
