My company are considering using Skillsoft as the supplier of virtual learning for a leadership academy which will support all levels of manager within the company.
If anyone have any experience where managers have used Skillsoft materials I would be very interested to hear from you.

Whist working for a large blue chip company I was responsible for their elearning offer and we used skillsoft.
What you have to realise is, this type of learning is not for everyone so you would need other learning methods in place as well.
