I'd appreciate any information on networks that bring together training and HR professionals with speakers on related issues - the areas I'm interested in are - Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Cardiff.

CIPD?

I am led to understand that the CIPD members have regional forums along similar lines to your requirements.
I believe that you must be a CIPD member to attend but i am not positive.
