Anyone got any ideas on writing a Homeworkers Policy?

These staff are employed by the organisation and use their homes as their offices. The organisation provides the IT equipment,phones, faxes etc. What points specifically need to be included apart from Health & Safety and insurance?
Any help would be gratefully received!!

    If staff are being decentralised into homeworking, think if you might need a clause allowing the employer to require them to work back at the main location if the new working method does not, for any reason in practice allow any staff to perform their work effectively.

    Does anyone know anything about a ‘Working From Home Policy’ within business and can they provide me with an example policy or more up-to-date information on it – please????

    There must be someone out there that can help me!!!
