Looking for a short course of probably two or three days if possible. Needs to be a step up from 'train the trainer' It needs to enable someone to train others in train the trainer. (Im sure this must be bad grammar!) .
Things like knowing your audience type, making presentations, designing courses and presentations etc etc.
Basically a course on how to train effectively.

What makes a good trainer?
Hi Alan
Before you are offered some company names offering the latest and best techniques I would suggest the following…
Read through some of the Q and A on this site (and others)…decide who is talking most sense then ask them what they suggest…
If I were you I would start here…they are different and very good!

Do look to see if your local FE College runs ‘Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning sector’ PTLLS
They are normally run as a short course 1 week, or evening classes, you get a nationally recognised qualification NFQ L3 or 4. The course is full of adult learning theory and practical’s and can be used towards the Certificate or Diploma if you want.
