   I can definitely recommend “Skilful Appraisal” by Fenman. It is up to date and shows how appraisal interviews go wrong and how to get the best out of them in a more subtle manner. Feedback from some usually very critical attendees has been extremely positive.

   Have a look at Video Arts ‘How am I doing?’

   Video Arts used to allow people to preview them prior to purchase, I’m not sure if they still do.
