Can you run the occasional Performance Appraisal workshop for us? Workshops are 1/2 a day long and there are usually two per day.

Workshop content is factual information about the organisation's new system. No skills based stuff.

We need two trainers who can deliver on 6th March; one in Manchester and one in Northumberland. This one day may well lead to more work.

You are more likely to make an impression with us if you have a masters degree in Occupational Psychology as this will allow you to get involved in the design/ consulting side of our business.
