I have been working on a database which I have spent a considerable amount of time developing in Microsoft Access over a course of about 6 months.

This database is idea for any training company that is involved in training / recruitment./ shortlisting running courses etc.
It has very advanced features and is idea for any Training Provider, that is looking for a Quality management system.

It contains the following modules :-

1. Automated Recruitment / Shortlisting Module – automated recruitment letters etc
2. Company Tracking / Contact Management / Course Management / Enquiry Management Module.
3. Automated merging in word only relevant filtered information
4. TEC compliant, statistical information breakdown on ethnic / gender /applications. etc

This database aims to cut administration time down to a minimum if not half it, as well as provide a user friendly easy to use overall company management system.
If it doesn’t quite suit your individual company then it can be adapted at a minimum of cost.

Since putting this system in place at BTG it has already more than halved the admin time that was spent on often routine jobs. It would be impossible to tell you about all its features in this email…..
