I am putting together a workshop which will be delivered to organisations considering implementing and elearning programme. I need some information on ROI, how to guage staff readiness, budget considerations etc. Has anyone run anything similar or do you know any good sources of research?

The day is talking about implementing e-learning into an existing training programme, planning for this, selling the idea to the organisation and your audience and then how e-learning and other learning style support each other as a blended learning approach. There are also breakout sessions that will be run more like workshops to allow delegates to tailor the day to their needs.
