Adult Learners Week is finally upon us, and the Campaign for Learning is keen to find out how many people are working in an environment where learning is actively supported and encouraged.

The Learning Climate Quiz has been developed to highlight the importance of culture and environment in encouraging learning.

'An adverse learning climate inhibits the transfer of learning from a formal training environment to the workplace. However, a positive learning climate will not only make the most of formal learning but also encourages informal learning on a day-to-day basis.' says Campaign for Learning Marketing Director, Michelle Wake.

The results of the survey will be released on Thursday to tie in with Learning at Work Day.
