Please can you clarify what sort of thing you are looking for timewise?

Suggestions
Would these activities help them to achieve the learning outcomes? Get them to brainstorm typical work-related situations/scenarios which represent a ‘challenge’ and which could result in an assertive, passive or aggressive response. These could form the basis of group work followed by feedback on what would be assertive, passive or aggressive responses to these challenges. They could also analyse these different categories of responses in terms of the implications for themselves and the business of responding assertively, passively or aggressively.
