I have been asked to provide an 'assessment tool' to determine an individual's aptitude to becoming an assessor. Not a trainer/assessor but an assessor only.

Does anyone have such a thing as it seems like a lot of work to create and validate one so that it has value for this one-off request?

Never heard of one..
…but it might help others if you could you explain more about what kind of assessor – NVQs ? Assessment centres ?

Thanks for your response – they want someone who can carry out internal performance assessments, not NVQs but very much every day work-based performance criteria, particularly around Safety.
