Are you looking for material for your personal use or to train others in the skills of assessor competence?
In either case may I suggest that the opportuntity to practice the key skills required before being let loose into an assessment situation should be a major consideration when deciding upon the product? So whilst those you mention can probably be useful in understanding the skills needed to become an effective assessor and also detailing the assessment process, ideally you need to be able to observe and be observed putting that learning into practice and giving and getting informed feedback within a group I would suggest.
