I'm designing a telephone techniques course for customer relations complaint handling staff. I'm including in the course how perceptions are formed when talking on the telephone. I would like to play some tapes of agents that are dealing with a complaint well, and not so well. Does anyone know where I can purchase these from?

i’d advise you to make your own tapes. they’ll be more relevant to your industry and therefore easier for your people to grasp. Get hold of an acting consultancy, give them a brief and they’ll come up with a product tailored to your business.
