1. TECHNOLOGY TRAINING
+++++++++++++++++++++++

Over the next few weeks we will be adding a
Technology Training component to Austrainer.

We are optimistic that we can provide you
with a powerful facility that will enable you
to search and find everything you need to
assist you with technology training.

Leonie Gardner, a recognised Australian
authority in technology training, will be
managing this part of the Austrainer business.

2. NETWORKING
++++++++++++++

Successful people have great networks. They don’t
know everything but they do know who to ask and
how to help others get what they want.

Sydney-based Austrainer Consultant Roma Gaster
has a powerful programme called “The Great Networking
Game” which is facilitated over 2-3 hours.

The game can stand alone or it can provide a high
energy and interactive start to conferences and all
workshops where the outcomes relate to ‘adding value
to others’. A minimum of 10-15 people is required.

As many as 500 participants can play the game as
long as space permits.

3. SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS WRITING
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Clearly presented, thoroughly researched, well-written
and concise reporting is an important element in
workplace efficiency and customer service.

A survey by the National Training Council shows that
many feel unable to write satisfactorily, and do not
use this communication method effectively.

A poorly written or presented business letter or
report can spell the difference between achieving
the sale or losing the customer; appeasing or
antagonising the customer; obtaining agreement or
prolonging negotiation; informing or misinforming.
