I have now re joined Kaplan in 2015 to build on my skills and experiences after a gap of 10 very interesting years. For more than 9 years I successfully directed and managed a leadership development business – IDG. During that time I worked on many large, complex global projects. I was fortunate to work with some exceptional people and I expect that privilege will continue within Kaplan.
I have now brought in a team of exceptionally talented professionals and we have built a global design and delivery capability in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE and London.
We believe that for successful organisational and commercial decision making it is essential that businesses help their people to develop technical competence and behavioural confidence – which we explain and describe at http://www.kaplan.co.uk/lpd/our-approach – one without the other will skew the decision making process toward sub optimal outcomes.
