• Improve cross-function commercial business skills. Many companies need their middle managers to be more joined up and smarter about how they deliver against business strategy. They need to see and engage better with the big picture not just their own departmental targets. Starting with the client’s core business goals I improve cross-function collaboration and develop broad commercial skills which are directly applied to real business challenges and goals.
• Embed mentoring and coaching capabilities. Underpinning any versatile organisation is its workforce. I work with teams at all levels to develop the skills and the supporting structures in which coaching and mentoring can flourish as a means of ongoing performance and career development.
