Ann Alder is a skilled and internationally experienced learning and development consultant, process facilitator and trainer of trainers. She specialises in personal and team effectiveness, management and leadership development and the use of experiential and action learning methodologies to integrate learning into organisational development.
Ann has worked for over 30 years in education and organisational development and has practical experience of working in global corporations, small businesses and not-for-profit organisations, as well as centres of academic excellence.
Ann is a member of the IAF: International Association of Facilitators and a regular speaker and presenter at Learning and Development and Facilitation Conferences including ASTD (USA), CIPD (UK), IAF Europe and the UN Annual Careers Conference in Rome
