Hi. I’m Antoinette. I‘m a consultant, coach, speaker and author. I run a training and coaching company specialising in leadership development and career management within organisations.
I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a member of the Association for Coaching and a member of the Career Development Institute. I am licensed in a number of psychometric tools including MBTI Step I and II, Hogan Leadership Assessments and the Leadership Versatility Index.
I have over 25 years experience developing leaders for multi-national organisations. A defining moment of my career was when I helped start up Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft.
That was the inspiration behind my first book, “Grow Your Geeks – A Handbook for Developing Leaders in High-Tech Organisations.”
These days my company – a recognised ILM provider – delivers three types of programmes to help companies engage, retain and develop their people. Our Leadership Coaching Programmes help leaders and leadership teams step up and operate more strategically. Our Mentoring Matters Programmes help managers develop the skills to get the best out of their people. And our Career Conversations Programmes equip managers and employees with the tools to have meaningful conversations about progression and development.
Our Career Conversations Training Programmes were shortlisted for a 2019 CDI Award in the category of Innovative and Impactful Employer Engagement Activity.
Our clients include tech companies like Leighton Group and Bravura Solutions; well-known national charities like the Samaritans and RSPB; and international agencies like UNDP, UNESCO and UNHCR.
I have a thirst for knowledge and I love to explore new countries and cultures. So you will often find me reading business books as I travel the world for business and pleasure.
