Ben is the Co-Founder of Arch Apprentices.  Ben co-founded Arch in 2012 together with Charles Mindenhall and Manoj Badale of the Blenheim Chalcot Group to change the quality, delivery and reputation of apprenticeships in the UK.  Starting with Digital Marketing, Arch has gone on to pioneer a range of leading edge C21st apprenticeship programmes, such as Data Analyst and Business Analyst.  Arch was also selected to be the lead provider of HR and Finance apprenticeships for the UK Government in 2017.  Adjudged as Grade 1 Outstanding by OFSTED, Arch continues its journey to innovate and improve its apprenticeship delivery, most recently in partnership with the IPA, helping to deliver its Creative Pioneers 2 programme, and AVADO, another Blenheim Chalcot busines that is the leading provider of online professional qualifications.
