He is also the president of the Council of European Professional Informatics Societies (CEPIS), where he advances IT trends across the 29-country membership. A pioneer in pushing forward digital skills with groundbreaking technology, Nicolaides has played a major role in the transformation of the examination and certification industry over the past 30 years. He remains committed to enhancing the lives of others through his daily work and advisory work to a handful of boards. He is fluent in English, French, Greek and Turkish, and holds a BBA from Bosphorus University and an MBA from the University of La Verne .
