Candace has had an extensive career at the forefront of vocational education and training developments within the UK. After several years working for a major awarding organisation, Candace set up and ran a successful research and development consultancy, supporting government departments and sector organisations on initiatives to drive up quality and ensure effective employer leadership of skills development. Candace joined the senior management team at Skills for Health four years ago before being appointed to take forward the establishment of the National Skills Academy for Health.
