Russell has a strong track record in academia – he was a principal lecturer in Marketing for the Reading University MBA programme and created new and dynamic content for Management programmes for the Chartered Management Institute.
His interest in evaluation has led to a Doctoral programme with the University of Middlesex creating a new concept of L&D evaluation incorporating recent advances in Neuropsychology. He is also co-authoring a toolkit from this approach with a leading Neuroscientist from New York University.
