Dan has extensive experience within Learning and Development and is responsible for designing and delivering interventions that improve human performance and supports the transfer of learning to the client.
He works with clients to build high performing teams and networks and facilitates teamwork across functions and regions. He is experienced in being the lead designer and facilitator for global organizations change management and engagement programs, and is skilled in working with Senior Management teams. He is a big advocate for the importance of self-awareness and his experience means he knows how an increase in self-awareness positively effects behaviour change.
