Deborah Cobb is a senior member of the team at ETS, a HR consultancy and provider of 'best fit' technology solutions for companies like M&S, PepsiCo, RBS, BT and McDonald's.

She provides consultative support to clients in the form of engagement survey questionnaire design, focus group facilitation and survey and 360-degree feedback reporting, and has also designed and delivered a number of different training workshops to support clients’ business needs.

Prior to joining ETS, Deborah spent two years at global business psychologists YSC.
